Practice, practice, practice! It's true the more you prepare for the interview the more successful the interview will be. Preparing will benefit you in many ways, such as:

  • build confidence

  • develop a mental script to interview questions

  • practice personal brand

  • check non-verbal body language

  • prepare appropriate dress

  • print out resume

  • gather references

  • if it's an in-person interview, drive to the location the day before to map out the drive and parking. If the interview is online, then set up a quiet space with a neutral background.
