I bring over 20 years of in-depth, expert experience in human resources, leadership, recruitment, career coaching and resume writing. My commitment to my clients is to motivate, inspire and lead to realize their career goals.

I've been on both sides of the table. As a recruiter reading hundreds of resumes and interviewing candidates. And as career coach writing resumes and coaching candidates for job interviews. I trained and advised hiring managers on best practices to recruit and interview candidates. I've written job postings and job descriptions. Created interview scripts and scorecards for hundreds of positions across many industries. Coached job seekers on resume writing, mock interviews and managed outplacement services. Now I'll bring this experience to you!

Today's job market is unique. Job seekers need a resume that markets their skills, emphasizes accomplishments and outsmarts Applicant Tracking Software (ATS). Polished interview skills for both online and in-person interview are a must. And they need to establish a social media presence. With my extensive background, I know what employers are looking for in candidates and I understand the job market. My clients will benefit from this expertise.
